Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• State Licensure where required.
• ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic‑based setting.
• Passion for ethical, client‑centered ABA in a team‑focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable Caseload: Up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40‑hour week.
• Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality.
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines.
