Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified by BACB and in good standing with a clean background check.
• 3+ years of BCBA experience preferred.
• Background in early intervention and autism strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the TIBS for Kids ABA model within Bright Day Pediatric Therapies.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, functional behavior assessments, and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide exemplary ABA therapy to Bright Day clients.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding new RBTs, with a focus on building team culture.

Education

Board Certified by BACB

Eligible to practice ABA therapy in Washington, DC

3+ years of BCBA experience
