Job summary

New Patterns ABA in Armonk, NY seeks a dedicated BCBA to join our in-home and community-based ABA therapy team. You will assess, design, and supervise individualized treatment plans for individuals with ASD, and provide guidance to our staff.

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to maximize outcomes, deliver staff training, and stay current with best practices in our field.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Completion of approved BCBA training program.
• Valid BCBA certification.
• Familiarity with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Passion for working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Provide behavioral interventions and strategies to clients and their families.
• Train and supervise staff members to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay current with best practices in the field.
