Ahead ABA in Bethesda, MD seeks a BCBA for part-time or full-time roles in a hybrid setup with remote admin and parent training. You will lead in-home ABA cases, supervise RBTs, and meet with families to share progress. Flexible hours with afternoons possible, and scheduling support provided.

Active MD licensure or eligibility is required; team‑first attitude and willingness to collaborate with great BCBAs and staff are essential.
