The position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, providing evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You'll join a diverse community of over 500 BCBAs dedicated to person-centered care with competitive benefits and a supportive work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree, BCBA certification, and at least two years of relevant experience.

Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to core values are essential as you mentor technicians and oversee care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• BCBA certification or plan to take the exam within three months.
• Two years of experience with children with autism or disabilities.
• Required certifications or licenses for local behavior treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews.
• Conduct regular training for caregivers.
• Deliver individualized person-centered care.
