You will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to set goals and track progress, delivering evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment.

Competitive compensation from $84,500 to $120,000 annually plus bonuses and potential ownership opportunities based on center size and leadership track.
