A leading autism therapy provider in Jenks, Oklahoma is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee individualized therapy programs for children with autism. The ideal applicant should have a Master’s in a relevant field and BCBA certification. This role offers a supportive environment, 4 weeks of paid time off, and opportunities for professional development. Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience working with individuals with special needs preferred.
Experience as a BCBA in a home or clinic-based setting preferred.
Responsibilities
Design and oversee individualized programs for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders.
Coordinate sessions to observe and provide coaching across settings.
Review data and update individualized programs based on child’s development.
Produce progress reports and treatment plans for compliance.
Provide formal and informal feedback to RBTs.
