Job summary

A leading autism therapy provider in Jenks, Oklahoma is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee individualized therapy programs for children with autism. The ideal applicant should have a Master’s in a relevant field and BCBA certification. This role offers a supportive environment, 4 weeks of paid time off, and opportunities for professional development. Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience working with individuals with special needs preferred.
• Experience as a BCBA in a home or clinic-based setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee individualized programs for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders.
• Coordinate sessions to observe and provide coaching across settings.
• Review data and update individualized programs based on child’s development.
• Produce progress reports and treatment plans for compliance.
• Provide formal and informal feedback to RBTs.
