Job summary

BlueSprig in Smyrna, TN seeks a BCBA to lead a team of behavior technicians and develop individualized intervention plans. You will collaborate with families and physicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy while exercising clinical judgment to ensure high-quality care.

You will engage with the Clinical Advisory Board, participate in committees and Grand Rounds, and have opportunities for clinical or operational advancement across BlueSprig's nationwide center network.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Clinical expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
• Ability to lead behavior technicians.
