Job summary

A leading rehabilitation service provider in Town of Southold is seeking a Behavior Analyst to provide behavior analysis services to children across diverse settings such as schools and early interventions. The ideal candidate will have a BCBA certification, a Master's Degree in ABA Therapy, and experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians. Qualifications

• Must have BCBA certification and be in good standing with the BACB.
• Hold an LBA license in the state of practice if required.
• Masters Degree from an accredited program in ABA Therapy or a related field.
• Completion of the BACB 8-hour supervision course.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior analysis services to children in various settings.
• Perform evaluations and assessments and track child progress.
• Deliver Behavior Intervention Services (BIS) as mandated.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals.
• Complete assessments, FBAs, BIPs, and documentation.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Provide guidance and training to teachers and aides.
