Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Plainfield, Illinois is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide exceptional ABA services for children. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and support RBTs in their professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• Licensure as a Behavior Analyst in Illinois is required.
• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy programs.
• Support RBTs through training, coaching, and supervision.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain a targeted caseload of 28 therapy hours per week.
