The Arc of the Ozarks is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide ABA services in Joplin, Missouri. The role supports individuals across ages in community, residential, educational, and clinical settings.

Responsibilities include assessments, program development, data systems, progress monitoring, and caregiver coaching. Benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule accompany a stable nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Missouri Licensed Behavior Analyst credential in good standing.
• At least one year of professional experience with developmental disabilities and/or psychiatric diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments, analyses, preference assessments, and other validated procedures.
• Develop individualized behavior-support and skill-acquisition programs.
• Create data-collection systems and analyze treatment data.
• Monitor progress and modify programming based on data and team feedback.
• Train caregivers and staff to implement programs accurately.
• Supervise RBTs, ABA staff, students, or practicum participants.
• Participate in client-team meetings with families and professionals.

Employees may use an available fleet vehicle or receive mileage reimbursement when using a personal vehicle for approved work travel.Starting salary range $62,500–$70,000 annually, based on directly related experience and qualificationsEligible candidates who are new to The Arc of the Ozarks may also qualify for a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
