Job summary

River Rock Behavioral Therapy, LLC in South Bend, IN is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCaBA) for an in-person, part-time role. You will conduct assessments, develop and implement behavior plans, provide family support, and supervise BTs/RBTs to ensure high-quality care.

The position requires BCBA/BCaBA certification and Indiana licensure, a master’s degree in ABA or related field, and experience with autism or developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA Certification required
• Indiana state licensure required
• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Experience with children and autism/developmental disabilities
• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills
• Empathy, patience, client-centered care
• Reliable transportation
• CPR certification (assistance to obtain if needed)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness and ability to work directly with children (lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, sit on floor)

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
• Provide one-on-one therapy and family support
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs for high-quality care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for well-rounded care
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation
• Stay informed on current research and best practices in behavioral health
