Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, is seeking a BCBA for its growing in-home and clinic ABA practice in Greenville, North Carolina. You will conduct assessments, create and implement treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to improve social, communication, and adaptive skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BCBA certification and a Master’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Proficient in patient assessments and treatment planning.

Responsabilités

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients with autism.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs delivering behavioral therapy.
• Monitor progress via data collection and analysis.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and caregivers.
• Provide training to parents and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate behavioral documentation.
