Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or active.
• Massachusetts LBA certification required or eligible.
• Experience supervising BCBAs and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision of Behavioral Technicians and ensure fidelity of treatment plans.
• Develop ABA programs, conduct FBAs, and educate parents to support client progress.
• Stay calm, adaptable, and growth-oriented in challenging situations.
• Communicate proactively and foster a collaborative knowledge-sharing environment.
