Job summary

Learning Path ABA Services LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team. We are looking for a BCBA who values quality clinical care, collaboration with technicians and families, and creating a positive environment for both clients and staff.

Position Responsibilities

  • Conduct and oversee assessments and individualized treatment plans
  • Develop, update, and monitor skill-acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide ongoing supervision and clinical support to Behavior Technicians and RBTs
  • Review client data and make data-driven treatment decisions
  • Conduct caregiver training and collaborate with families
  • Provide modeling, feedback, and competency-based training to technicians
  • Ensure treatment programs are implemented consistently and with clinical integrity
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with other BCBAs, leadership, technicians, caregivers, and members of the client’s treatment team
  • Support a positive, professional, and respectful clinic culture
  • Follow BACB ethical requirements, payer requirements, HIPAA, and company policies

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Meet all applicable Michigan and payer requirements
  • Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles, functional assessment, skill acquisition, and behavior reduction
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to provide constructive and supportive technician supervision
  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and individualized ABA services
