Brighter Strides ABA Therapy in North Carolina is seeking BCBAs for full-time or part-time onsite roles with hybrid flexibility. The team emphasizes supportive supervision, leadership for regulatory changes, and a strong mentorship culture for new graduates.

We offer a Step Up program to support new graduates into clinical leadership and a dedicated first-year BCBA mentor. Our culture values balanced, high-quality care and clinician success.

Formación

• BCBA certification is required.
• LBA licensure is required where applicable.
• Master’s degree in a related field is required.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Collaborative and compassionate approach to clinical care.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise ABA services and monitor client progress.
• Mentor, train, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
• Review clinical data and make treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with families and members of the clinical team.
• Complete required documentation and reports.
• Provide direct services when clinically appropriate.
