BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families in North Carolina through a hybrid model of in-home care, supervision, and remote clinical work.

The position offers flexibility for full-time or part-time schedules, strong clinical support, and opportunities for long-term career growth within a collaborative, clinician-first environment.

Competenze

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Eligible for North Carolina licensure or currently hold NC licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Mansioni

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
