Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families through Nebraska. This hybrid position allows remote work with one required in-person visit per month.

Key duties include conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and collaborating with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services preferred.
• Eligibility for Nebraska licensure or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to ethical standards.
