Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services in a hybrid role. The position supports in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities with flexibility for full-time or part-time work.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment plan development, supervision of technicians, progress monitoring, caregiver collaboration, and documentation while upholding ethical standards.

Qualifications

• NC licensure eligible or licensed.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• ABA experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards.
