Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a licensed BCBA to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services in Nebraska. This hybrid role combines remote work with one required in-person visit per month and close collaboration with families to advance meaningful clinical outcomes.

The successful candidate will conduct assessments, design customized treatment plans, supervise technicians, and communicate progress to caregivers while adhering to ethical and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain).
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.
