Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families across Nebraska. This hybrid role allows mostly remote work with one required in-person visit every month.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and partner with caregivers to drive meaningful progress. Nebraska licensure is required or a plan to obtain it; compensation is up to $90/hour, with negotiable rates based on

• Master's degree in a related field as listed above.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.

Compensation

• Up to $90/hour


• Rates are negotiable based on experience
