Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families in Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work largely remotely with one required in-person visit per month.

The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, monitor client progress, and collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful clinical

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Nebraska licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a behavior analyst.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Compensation

• Up to $90/hour
• Rates are negotiable based on experience
• Hybrid position with only one required in-person visit per month
• No minimum or maximum caseload requirements
