Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Nebraska is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role that allows mostly remote work with one required in-person visit per month. You will assess behavior, design ABA treatment plans, and supervise technicians.

You will collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to drive progress, document outcomes, and ensure ethical clinical practice. Compensation is up to $90/hour, with negotiable rates based on experience and licensure

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field.
• Eligible for Nebraska licensure as BCBA.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism preferred.

BCBA | Hybrid Opportunity | Up to $90/Hour

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Compensation

• Up to $90/hour
• Rates are negotiable based on experience
• Hybrid position with only one required in-person visit per month
