Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in North Carolina with a hybrid work model combining in-home, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.

The role supports both full-time and part-time opportunities, offers strong clinical support, and pathways for growth, including licensure assistance and extensive CEU access.

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
