Qualifications

• Minimum of Master’s Degree that was conferred in behavior analysis or related field approved by the BACB.
• Maintain certification as a BCBA issued by the BACB.
• Prior experience implementing behavior intervention methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavior assessments and prepare Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Train clients and staff in specific protocols.
• Consult with Program Manager on risk management concerns.
