Cortica is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our hybrid remote team serving Danvers, MA and surrounding areas. You will oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming and lead a team of behavior technicians to deliver high-quality care for children with developmental differences.

Your Role and Impact

As aBCBAat Cortica,you’llplay a pivotal role in overseeingneurodiversity-affirmingclinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.You'lllead ateam ofbehavior technicians (BTs),empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmentaldifferences.
