BY YOUR SIDE Home Based Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-home ABA therapy planning, data collection, and family coaching. Travel to Covington, Porterdale, Conyers locations is required as part of client-based services.

The role emphasizes clinical supervision, program development, and collaboration with family and staff to ensure effective, ethical care in clients' homes.

Qualificações

• National Certification by Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Georgia state BCBA license.
• Masters Degree required in relevant field from an accredited University.
• Completion of eight 8 hour online Supervisor Training and complete CEUs.

Responsabilidades

• Enforce standards to maintain BY YOUR SIDE's high quality of care for clients and families.
• Ensure ethical standards and HIPAA compliance are enforced.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to determine clinical recommendations and therapy plans.
• Maintain a comprehensive therapy plan for each client; long-range goals, short-range objectives and progress evaluations.
• Collaborate with BY YOUR SIDE staff to ensure effective implementation plans.
• Consult and plan with clients' families concerning progress and program development.
• Evaluate and prepare required reports for pre-authorizations and insurance payors.
• Arrange parent meetings to maintain communication and training with the family.
• Attend recommended professional meetings and seminars for ongoing education requirements.
• Represent BY YOUR SIDE to local, state and national organizations in a positive manner at seminars.

General Summary

the BY YOUR SIDE Home Based Services Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA is responsible for evaluation creation and implementation of ABA Therapy plans accurate and reliable data collection consultation and training with family and staff for ABA services provided in a clients home environment The Home Based Services BCBA will create and maintain therapy plans that address all behavioral and skill acquisition needs of the clients This position may provide telehealth or remote client supervision and parent consultation and training for up to 50 of the total services provided 50 or more of services will be provided directly in the clients home environment Initial and ongoing training will be provided through a combination of virtual training and live training in a designated BY YOUR SIDE center The Home Based Services BCBA is responsible for defining problems collecting data establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions They should have the ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions read analyze and respond to inquiries or complaints from clients and effectively presents information to top management Travel to in home locations in Covington Porterdale Conyers is required

Essential Functions Duties & Responsibilities

Core duties and responsibilities include the following

• Responsible for enforcing standards to maintain BY YOUR SIDEs high quality of care for clients and families
• Ensure that ethical standards and HIPAA compliance are being enforced
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to determine appropriate clinical recommendations and therapy plans
• Maintain a comprehensive therapy plan for each client; long range goals short range objectives activities related to these objectives and an evaluation of progress toward these objectives
• Collaborate and communicate with relevant BY YOUR SIDE staff to ensure effective and efficient implementation plans
• Consult and plan with the clients family concerning ongoing progress and program development
• Evaluate and prepare required reports as dictated by best practices and insurance payors
• Arrange parent meetings to maintain communication and training with the family
• Attend recommended professional meetings and seminars to meet continuing education requirements as approved by the BY YOUR SIDE executive staff
• Represent BY YOUR SIDE to local state and national organizations in a positive manner when attending professional seminars

Required skills and competencies

• Previous experience delivering telehealth ABA supervision programming and parent training preferred
• Ability to lead a team and supervise therapists
• Familiarity with relevant diagnostic tools and procedures
• Ability to maintain quality safety and infection control standards
• Knowledge of sensory and behavioral strategies
• Must possess strong communications and analytical problem solving skills
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently with changing priorities and deadlines including from remote locations
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi task prioritize execute on deadlines and produce high quality deliverables with attention to details
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and Teams
• Uphold and maintain BYS core principles policies and procedures

Clinical Supervisory Responsibilities

• Provide assigned targeted caseload hours per week of direct therapy while maintaining timely professional documentation of clinical notes for direct client care provided
• Ensure completion and quality of documentation for all pre authorizations initial assessments ongoing assessments and insurance reports
• Provide training and supervision for RBTs evaluate and track performance and quality of therapy sessions and deliver performance reviews
• Provide supervision for RBTs and meet the BACB supervision requirements and required documentation

Education and certification

• National Certification by Behavior Analyst Certification Board BACB
• Georgia state BCBA license
• Masters Degree required in relevant field from an accredited University
• Completion of eight 8 hour online Supervisor Training and complete required CEUs
