Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services across Nebraska in a hybrid role, with one required in-person visit per month.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to support meaningful clinical progress.

Qualifications include Nebraska licensure or eligibility, a master's in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field, and experience with autism.

Job description

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.

• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Compensation

• Up to $80/hour
• Rates are negotiable based on experience
• Hybrid position with only one required in-person visit per month
