Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families in Nebraska. This hybrid role allows remote work with one required in-person visit per month, conducting assessments, developing plans, supervising technicians, and collaborating with caregivers to drive progress.

The ideal candidate holds an active BCBA, a relevant master's degree, and Nebraska licensure or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure or willingness to obtain.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA Hybrid Nebraska We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA to provide Applied Behavior Analysis ABA services to children and families throughout Nebraska This is a hybrid position allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in person visit per month In this role you will conduct behavioral assessments develop treatment plans supervise behavior technicians and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress
