Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services for children and families in Nebraska. This hybrid role allows remote work with one required in-person visit per month.

You will conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and partner with caregivers to promote meaningful clinical progress while upholding ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Nebraska behavior analyst licensure or willingness to obtain licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.

Compensation

• Up to $90/hour
• Rates are negotiable based on experience
• Hybrid position with only one required in-person visit per month
• No minimum or maximum caseload requirements
