Job summary

Avion ABA seeks a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct support to clients to improve behavioral health and overall well-being.

You will supervise RBT technicians, implement and monitor progress of skill plans, and provide parent training while maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with families and professionals involved in each case.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Proficiency in data collection methods and ability to analyze data effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and initial evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
• Work with families and professionals to develop and execute comprehensive treatment strategies
• Supervise RBT technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
• Provide parent training
• Maintain a positive working relationship with the client's family and respond to guardian questions in a timely and professional manner
