Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and licensed as BCBA.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians.
• Ability to collaborate with families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
• Design, implement, and monitor behaviour support plans in accordance with best practices and ethical guidelines.
• Provide supervision and training to behaviour technicians and other staff members involved in client care.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency across settings.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with organizational policies.
• Lead team meetings to review case progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Ensure all programmes adhere to legal, ethical, and organizational standards related to behaviour analysis.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in behaviour analysis methodologies.
