We are MD-based and independent, built to support clinicians first with admin lifted, supervision as mentorship, and built-in QA to support treatment planning. Growth into clinical leadership is available as we expand.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to ethical, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide BCBA services with reduced administrative burden.
• Supervise and mentor staff through regular supervision and check-ins.
• Deliver in-home and telehealth ABA services while focusing on client progress.
