Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families across Nebraska in a hybrid role with one required in-person visit per month.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Nebraska BCBA licensure eligibility or current licensure
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• ABA experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.

Compensation

• Up to $90/hour
• Rates are negotiable based on experience
• Hybrid position with only one required in-person visit per month
