Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Nebraska is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services with a flexible hybrid schedule. The role combines remote work with one required in-person visit per month, and offers competitive pay up to $90/hour and opportunities for licensure support.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure eligibility or current licensure
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience with ABA and autism preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain documentation and ensure ethical standards
