Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families in Nebraska. The role offers a hybrid schedule with primarily remote work and one required in-person visit per month.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and work with caregivers to drive meaningful progress in a compliant clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Nebraska behavior analyst licensure or willing to obtain.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services for autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical/clinical standards.
