Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Nebraska is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families across the state. The role is hybrid, with most work conducted remotely and one required in-person visit per month.

The successful candidate will conduct assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to advance meaningful progress while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure eligibility or current licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• ABA experience with autism/developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards.
