Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families across North Carolina in a hybrid role combining in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical duties.

The position offers flexibility, strong clinical support, and pathways for long-term career growth, with full-time or part-time options and no caseload caps. Applicants should hold NC licensure or be eligible and possess a Master’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Eligible for North Carolina licensure (or currently licensed).
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
