Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in North Carolina invites applications for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role involves delivering ABA services to children and families, in-home and remote clinical duties in a hybrid setup.

The position supports flexible full-time or part-time engagement with strong clinical leadership and growth opportunities. The BCBA will lead assessments, treatment planning, caregiver training, and progress monitoring, while ensuring ethical practice and compliance

Qualifications

• Requires NC licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Master's degree in relevant field is required.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – North Carolina (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout North Carolina. This is a hybrid position with a combination of in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.
