Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in North Carolina for a hybrid role combining in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical duties.

The position offers flexibility whether full-time or part-time, with strong clinical support and opportunities for long-term growth. Eligible candidates should hold or pursue NC licensure and have experience providing ABA to children with autism or developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field is required or preferred.
• Eligible for NC BCBA licensure or currently licensed, with willingness to obtain licensure if needed.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – North Carolina (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout North Carolina. This is a hybrid position with a combination of in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.
