Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Nebraska is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families. This hybrid role combines remote work with one required in-person visit per month, enabling flexible scheduling while maintaining hands-on clinical oversight.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure eligibility or active licensure required.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
