Job summary

Strides ABA in New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team. This in-home/clinic role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work across the state providing high-quality ABA care to children.

You will conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized plans, analyze data, collaborate with families and professionals, and train staff while ensuring HIPAA-compliant documentation and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA clinical or home settings.
• Solid knowledge of patient care and behavioral health terms.
• Familiar with HIPAA compliant practices.
• Strong diagnostic evaluation and assessment skills.
• Understanding of special education requirements.
• Ability to maintain detailed medical documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with families.
• Patient, empathetic, and able to foster positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess behavioral needs and develop effective treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to each child's unique circumstances.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care and support.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.
• Stay current with developments in the field of behavior analysis and related areas.
