ABS Kids in Massachusetts is seeking a BCBA to join our mission-driven team serving children with autism. The role offers a stable salary range of $102,000–$105,000 with guaranteed first-year compensation, plus an uncapped monthly bonus plan and signing/relocation options.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• BCBA certification or in progress; welcoming new grads.
• Commitment to ethical ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA services to children with autism and their families.
• Collaborate with families and local centers to ensure quality outcomes.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to future BCBAs as needed.
