The Behavior Lab is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-home, community-based, and clinic settings in Moreno Valley, California. This full-time position offers total compensation between $85,000 and $135,000, along with a robust benefits package and bonuses.

You will build a caseload that fits your life, with weekly case consultations, strong clinical support, and clear pathways to Senior BCBA and Clinical Leadership roles.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage caseload across home, school, clinic, and community settings.
• Participate in weekly case consultations and collaborate with the clinical team.
• Provide high-quality ABA services with compassionate care to children and families.
