Qualifications

BCBA certification required.
Licensure as PA Behavior Specialist or NJ LBA preferred.
Experience developing ABA programs for children/adolescents.
Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
Availability for afternoon/evening visits; travel to client sites; work across home, school, community, and clinic settings.

Responsibilities

Provide behavioral assessment and intervention based on the science of behavior analysis for referred families.
Maintain administrative and non-clinical functions to ensure ongoing success for families, the treatment team, staff and organization.
Engage in professional development activities and support team members through approved supervision.
Maintain written documentation of direct one-on-one intervention, program development, and supervision activities in CentralReach and other provider sites.
Apply behavior-analytic strategies to teach skills and reduce problems; collaborate with program team for feedback and coaching.
