Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a BCBA to provide supervision and direct ABA services in the Wilmington, NC area. You will coordinate assessments, write treatment plans, and supervise associate behavior analysts and DSPs to ensure faithful implementation of Behavior Support Plans.

Responsibilities include traveling to client homes and conducting functional analyses and assessments, documenting service delivery for families and the clinical director.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required
• NC licensure (LBA) in NC or equivalent
• Driver's license (as listed in qualifications)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide ABA services to individuals and families.
• Oversee programming of associate behavior analysts.
• Provide ongoing supervision to Direct Support Professionals (DSP) and ensure implementation of Behavior Support Plans.
