Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Nebraska is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This hybrid role allows remote work with one required in-person visit per month, while conducting assessments, developing plans, supervising technicians, and partnering with families to drive progress.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure eligible or currently holding Nebraska licensure (or willingness to obtain).
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

Compensation

• Up to $90/hour
• Rates are negotiable based on experience
• Hybrid position with only one required in-person visit per month
