Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, including PBS employees assigned, family members, and stakeholders who support the client’s success.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings, prioritizing behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
