Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, including PBS employees and family members.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in various settings.
