Qualifications

Up to $100,000/year | Monday through Friday | Hybrid Schedule | Year-Round Position

What You'll Do

• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing clinical guidance
• Evaluate candidates during the hiring process to ensure strong clinical fit
• Lead new hire orientation and facilitate Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training
• Conduct competency assessments, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations
• Oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and ensure high-quality ABA services
• Partner with school staff and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavioral recommendations
• Ensure documentation and supervision meet BACB standards
• Travel to school sites throughout Los Angeles County as needed

What You'll Bring
